The Austrian company Aerocompact was founded in 2014. It specializes in the development, production and distribution of PV panel mounting solutions with respect to all static requirements, wind and snow loads and the highest industry standards and norms.
They have entered the market with an innovative solar panel mounting bracket system that reduces the amount of material required for the understructure of PV systems by one third.
Together with the mounting components, they later launched the specially developed visualization and planning software AEROTOOL.
Their aerodynamically optimised solutions for mounting PV systems are patent protected and offer safety and mechanical stability. All products are tested to the most stringent industry standards and are extremely cost-effective.
Complete package Choosing the right solar panels can be challenging in itself, let alone choosing the right mounting system to achieve the best possible result.
But with us, it's a breeze. Canadian Solar's CS 6.2 solar panels and Aerocompact construction are a perfect match and what's more. You can see samples of the structures for yourself at our Znojmo headquarters and attend upcoming training sessions in Znojmo and also directly at Aerocompact in Vienna.
We are also an authorized distributor of Canadian Solar, which means that you not only have the guarantee of fast delivery and unbeatable prices, but also the assurance of all technical support. And even when it comes to Aerocompact constructions.
Compact Flat S10 The COMPACTFLAT S10 system is an aerodynamic mounting system for south-facing flat roofs. It includes a pre-assembled PES protection pad for framed PV modules. It is available with 10° and 15° inclinations, with different row spacings and also in a version for mountainous areas.

Connection to the roof AEROCOMPACT offers a solution for roofs that cannot support the additional weight of a PV system. The combination of roof mounting points and ballast reduces the overall weight of the system.
This option is also suitable for areas with increased seismic activity to prevent system displacement due to earthquakes.
Version for mountainous areas This version is used in the case of higher snow loads, which are calculated using our online software AEROTOOL based on the specific project.
Ballast trays This version of the system with ballast tubs, available in different sizes, is designed for areas with high wind loads and roofs with low point load capacity.
It provides additional load per module while evenly distributing concentrated loads on the roof covering. An additional locking ballast holder protects the stones from slipping and ensures that they are evenly distributed
Cable management The string cable management solution is UL-certified and available as standard product.
CS6.2-48TD-460 BF Solar monocrystalline panel with 460Wp and 23% efficiency. Lower temperature coefficient (Pmax): Pmax: -0.29°C, increases energy yield in hot climates. Lower LCOE and system costs. Suitable for year-round use due to resistance to high snow loads up to 6000 Pa and wind loads of 4000 Pa. Tested against 35 mm diameter hail according to IEC 61215 standards.
Year-round availability, suitable for any of your projects.

CS6.2-66TB-610 SF Bifacial solar panel with an output of 610 Wp and an efficiency of 22.6%.Glass-to-glass construction with silver frame. Up to 85% bifacial output, generating more power from the back side. Thanks to a new string arrangement compared to previous models, these panels have a lower voltage, ensuring compatibility with 99.5% of all inverters and optimizers. Increased resistance to snow and wind loads with up to 5400 Pa for snow and 2400 Pa for wind.
